Top-Up credits are an exclusive benefit for subscribers. You
can buy them with an active monthly or yearly plan, or during your
grace period — if you've cancelled but are still within the cycle
you already paid for. They're not available during the 60-day retention
period after your plan has fully ended.
Top-up credits are tied to your active subscription. They do not
expire while your plan is active, or during your grace period
(cancelled, but still within your paid cycle).
Once your plan's paid cycle actually ends, you enter an automatic 60-day retention period during which all remaining credits — including top-up credits stay fully usable. After the retention period ends, any unused credits will expire permanently.
