We use a mix of AI + human verification to ensure high accuracy, with a priority on valid, working mobile numbers. While no source is 100% perfect, we consistently aim to be the most reliable.

If you get an invalid mobile number (e.g., landline, Out Of Service), report it. We'll verify and refund your credit within 1 minute to 7 days. This guarantee applies to mobile numbers only, not emails.

You can report and get a refund for up to 10% of your total credits per year (e.g., 1,000 credits → max 100 refundable leads). We offer this policy to protect you, but please note that repeatedly reporting valid numbers may lead to a temporary account suspension.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your Dashboard Manage Plan page. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you can use your remaining credits until then. Cancellation takes effect after your current plan period ends.

As long as your subscription stays active — renewing every month or year — your credits roll over indefinitely. If you cancel, your remaining credits aren't lost immediately: you get a 60-day retention period after your subscription end date to keep using them. If you don't renew within that 60-day window, the credits expire. Renewing within the window keeps them rolling over as normal.

Subscription plans (Starter Recipe through Master Recipe) include a monthly or yearly credit allowance, Chrome extension access, and CRM integration. Subscription credits roll over for as long as the subscription keeps renewing, and remain usable for a 60-day retention period after cancellation before expiring. Pay-As-You-Go is a completely separate, one-time purchase with no subscription required at all: you buy credits once at a flat ₹55 per credit plus GST, and those credits never expire. Pay-As-You-Go does not include rich features like Bulk Upload or CRM integration.

Yearly plans save approximately 16%, equivalent to 2 months free compared to paying monthly for 12 months. For example, the Growth Recipe plan costs ₹10,500 per month but only ₹1,26,000 for the full year when billed yearly with 4,200 credits included — working out to a lower effective cost per credit than paying month to month.

Yes. If you are on an active subscription and run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits anytime from the Credit Top-Ups page without waiting for your renewal date or changing your plan tier. Top-up credits are added instantly to your account.
